Yay or Nay? : Lacoste's New Pumps
My April edition of Glamour magazine crashed through my door this morning and one of the first pages I noticed as a I quickly flicked through was Lacoste's full page ad displaying these very girly, very summery sneaker style pumps. Very Mischa Barton-esq. See the full range of styles and colours at Lacoste.com. You can't buy online but the site does provide stockist information for each style. What do you think? I think these are really fab! I can imagine them with jeans and a white shirt or t-shirt in the summer. Or a with mini. Love 'em.

A bit yay, a bit nay. let me explain: they look too Ked-ish and I am not feeling the laces on top. But yay cuz the colors are fresh and cuz it Lacoste (Lacoste is just cool like that).
^ you're right they are very Ked-ish which is exactly why Mischa Barton popped into my mind when I first saw them. The candy colours are attractive - makes me feel like summer is just around the corner!
Definitely a yay. I love Lacoste!
However, I wouldnt compare them at all to Keds. To me, Keds just knocks off styles from everywhere else and doesn't have any real ideas of their own.
Yay for taller girls with long legs and yes - oh so Mischa Barton-esque. Should go well with a denim skirt!

^ I agree - something for the tall slim girls (i'm too short to be wearing these!) and yes, I think they would get dirty quick unless you live in a very warm dry climate.
Nay-They look cheap and too sporty for my taste.
