The Phantom of the OLI courier

I ordered some clothes from OLI
They arrived the next day in a flash
But when I wanted to return them
They had already taken my cash

I really want a refund
But the goods are still here in my flat
Two couriers were booked to collect them
But they never turned up (what a rat!)

OLI keep booking me couriers
I keep waiting in (eight ‘til eight)
If no-one comes to collect them
I’ll have to consider some bait...

I’ve already threatened legal action
But this didn’t do the trick
They won’t put me through to a manager
The OLI team make me SICK

Do not order from OLI
The customer service is crap
I wish I hadn’t ordered
‘Cos now they’ve got me trapped....
....in my flat from 8a.m. to 8p.m. waiting for another phantom courier!!!
